Where can i find rest?

I'm at Leavey, the library at USC, AGAIN.... this is the third time this week I've been at the library late at night. It's always for the same class too. Microbiology. The work isn't even that difficult, but it's time consuming and I procrastinate to the max. I need to start managing my time better. We stayed at the library until 6am! So sad and pathetic. I went back into the apartment thinking that I can study some more the rest of the morning before class started.
Before resuming the study I took out my QT book to read. I knocked out right after reading the passage. I don't even remember what it was about. It just proves once again that when I decide to spend time with God, I really need to devote all my attention to Him. I need to prepare my heart to be amazed by His Word. Yet I always take this one-on-one time with Him for granted and just treat it like a reading assignment.
So for the whole day I've been so out of it because I couldn't sleep all night. Now as I find myself getting burnt out from school work for this week, I ask myself, "where can I find rest?" The word "rest" always reminds me of one Junior High retreat that I helped out with during the summer two years ago. It's so funny how the things I learn from the Junior High ministry really sticks to me more so than the things that are eloquently preached in college group. I guess it's because Peter gets right to the point in his sermon with just like 3 bullet points. It's easy to remember for the short attention span that a junior high kid has. Anyway, from the retreat I learned about just seeking Him when I'm in need, when I'm thirsty, when I feel helpless. I know I can find my rest in Him, but why is it so hard for me to really believe that? I'm always in a hurry and need to take a breath and really feel the energy that God provides us each day. All things are done through Him right?

Lydia's memory verse pops into my mind right now
"I lift up my eyes to the hills, Where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heave and earth" - Psalms 121:1-2
